Dr. Lung-Sheng Chen is a scholar whose academic interests focus on intellectual property law and biotechnology law. Dr. Chen is Associate Professor of law at Department of Law, National Chung Hsing University,Taiwan. He has published academic papers in his field and is the author of a patent law textbook offering a concise and deep analysis on Taiwan patent law. Professor Chen speaks at national and international symposia, conferences, and workshops on intellectual property topics across Taiwan and overseas. He earned his LL.M. and J.D. from School of Law,Washington University in St. Louis, the United States. Prior to his U.S. study, Professor Chen was a practicing lawyer specializing in litigation and IP related matters in Formosa Transnational from 2000 to 2007.
